Tours and Rentals

The Old Jail Museum is open for public tours each Saturday from 10am-5pm. If you would like to schedule a group or school tour, please contact us to make arrangements.

The Old Jail Museum is also available to rent for your private, special events! We have 2,000 square feet of space in total; the capacity for your event will vary depending on which area(s) of the Old Jail are rented.

  • Available Tuesday – Saturday, 5 p.m. – 11 p.m. for regular rentals & Tuesday – Sunday, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. for weddings
  • $100 for one extended hour (12 a.m. – 1 a.m.)
  • 25 or Fewer Persons – $600
  • Hours include setup & cleanup

Old West Shotgun Wedding Package

Looking for a truly unique way to celebrate your big day? Our Old West Shotgun Weddings are certainly that! We can even assist with locating a Justice of the Peace, an ordained Minister, Elvis, an Old West Sheriff, Attorney, and Posse if needed (ball and chain available)…all to create the memorable Old Jail event of your dreams.

With your wedding rental, you’ll have access to the Old Jail Museum and grounds. Please see capacity, rates, and availability above.

Getting into jail is free!

Your birthday prisoner can make bail or get out on good behavior for a unique birthday experience with close friends and inmates.

The Warden's Rules

  • Please do enjoy and learn from our museum. Please do not touch the items on display.

  • For your safety, please avoid leaning on glass display cases.

  • Food, gum, or drinks are not allowed in the exhibit areas.

  • Please properly dispose of all trash.

  • No pets are allowed inside the Old Jail; with the exception of registered service dogs.

  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
  • If participating in a guided tour, all visitors should be engaged and paying attention to the guide so as to avoid causing a distraction for our other visitors.

  • Flash photography is allowed with cell phones or professional cameras.

  • Monopods only; no tripods due to space restrictions and safety concerns.

  • Interchangeable lenses (up to 200mm–or similar in size) are allowed
